Krakhuna

Krakhuna is an Imeretian white that almost disappeared, and it is worth the fuss: fuller and rounder than the Kakhetian whites, with orchard fruit and a waxy weight to it. Western Georgia makes its wines with a lighter hand than the east, and this is the grape that best shows what that means.
