Rkatsiteli is Georgia’s workhorse white and among the oldest cultivated grapes anywhere. Made without skin contact in steel, this is the fresh, modern reading of it: citrus and green apple, and a clean mineral finish. Akhmeta fruit, bottled young and meant to be drunk that way.
